Rachel R. Myers

Rachel R. Myers is an associate at Dady & Garner, P.A.  She joined D&G as a law clerk in January of 2005, and began her legal career with the firm upon graduation from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and admission to the Minnesota Bar in 2006. 

Prior to law school, Rachel attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, graduating magna cum laude in 2003, with a business administration major, a marketing emphasis, and communications and government minors.  While at UST Law, Rachel was an Associate Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, and was later elected to the editorial board as Membership Editor.  Her student comment, PLEDGE PROTECTION:  The Need for Official Supreme Court Recognition of Civil Religion, was selected for publication in Volume 3, Issue 3 of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal.  Additionally, during the Spring of 2006, Rachel was a judicial extern for Judge Heidi Schellhas of the Hennepin County District Court. 

Rachel is currently a member of the American Bar Association, ABA Forum on Franchising, Minnesota Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.  When she isn’t advocating on behalf of franchisees, distributors, and dealers, Rachel enjoys playing and watching all sports,volunteering for the Minnesota Special Olympics, traveling nationally and internationally, and visiting her family on their ranch in central South Dakota.
