Clarence J. Kuhn

Clarence J. Kuhn is an associate at Dady & Garner, P.A.  Clarence (C.J.) has successfully resolved disputes involving unlawful termination, wrongful failure to approve the sale of ongoing distribution rights, and violation of state franchise and dealership laws.  C.J. is a 2004 graduate of the Hamline University School of Law, earning a concentration in business representation. During law school, he was an associate on the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy.  He has an M.B.A. from Regis University and an undergraduate degree in business from Saint Cloud State University. 

Before law school, C.J. was an equities and options trader, as well as a precious commodities wholesaler, at an international securities firm. Later, he worked as a sales manager for a high-tech internet business infrastructure company in Palo Alto, California.  He is a member of the American Bar Associations' Forum on Franchising and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics Magazine.  C.J. is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their daughter, Hannah.
